Prior to working with MacLeod Associates, we used several national benchmarking firms. We never got buy-in from our department leaders, only rationalizations as to why we’re different. MacLeod Associates staff worked with each leader to assess their department’s functionality and set reasonable targets based on the tasks and workload at this facility. We’ve gotten acceptance of the targets and have made tremendous progress towards our efficiency goals since employing MacLeod Associates.

Atlantic General Hospital (AGH) has been working with MacLeod Associates since 2013 and we are very pleased with the level of service we receive. MacLeod Associates meet regularly with AGH clinical and support departments to provide consultation on methods of improving productivity. Since beginning the relationship, we have improved our productivity by over 7%. Additionally, the benchmarking reports help us to compare our results against peer hospitals of similar size and scope.
